Admission Process
Follow these steps to complete your child's enrollment at SJAS.
KG Kindergarten Admission
KG students undergo a general evaluation session conducted by the KG Stage Supervisor.
Evaluation Includes
- • Ability to participate in conversation
- • Response to simple questions
- • Knowledge of colors and shapes
- • Familiarity with favorite foods and interests
Friendly Approach
For a 4-year-old, this is more like a friendly chat than a formal enrollment evaluation session.
G Grade Level Admission (1–12)
Grade level applicants take Assessment Tests in both English Language and Mathematics.
The student is accepted only after passing these tests. The school apologizes for non-acceptance when applicants fail either or both assessment tests.
Transferred students to SJAS check class availability first before going through the required assessment tests.
Common Steps for All Applicants
Interview
Parents are interviewed by the school principal, discussing relevant information from both sides.
Application
Parents fill in a detailed application, pay school fees, and complete their file with obligatory documents.
Student ID
The child is given a permanent ID number that remains unchanged until graduation.
Finalization
Parents are given 2 days to complete files and payable fees after acceptance.

Declaration & Commitment
When paying the first installment, parents sign an official declaration to finalize installment payments within the mentioned due dates.
Late Payment Policy
Parents who fail to meet official due dates must sign a Withdrawal Form at the Administration Office so the school can use the place for other transfers.
